Team management / Headhost/Headhostess (m/f/d)
Leading and motivating the host team
Coordinating the areas, in consultation with the event management team
Organization of staff check-in and break planning
VIP host/hostess (m/f/d)
Greeting and check-in of guests
Guidance and placement
Distribution of give-aways and checkroom service
Your tasks:
Receiving and assisting guests
Check-in, routing and seating with digital reservation systems
Ensuring the smooth running of the event
Collaborating closely with the event management team

Place of assignment: Allianz Arena, Munich
Date of assignment: 31.05.2025
Required training: Allianz Arena, Munich
Time period: 26.05.25; approx. 4h (will be remunerated)

What you bring:

Friendly, professional demeanor and team spirit
Experience in the event or hospitality sector required
Fluent German and English (other languages are welcome)
