Host:essen (m/f/d) for the ETG Congress in Kassel

For the ETG Congress from May 21-22, 2025 in Kassel, we are looking for reliable hostesses to actively support us.

Here are the key data for the event:

Tasks:

• On May 21, 2025 registration

• From May 21-22, 2025 registration and technical monitoring

• (Start PPT).2025 registration

• from 21.05.-22.05.2025 registration and technical supervision

• (start of PPT slides and cabling with microphones)

• *for the technology a basic knowledge of MS Office must be available

Operating hours:                     

• on 21.05.2025 approx. from 07:30 - 11:00 a.m. Registration

• on 21.05.2025 approx. from 12:00 - 17:00 p.m. - Technology - Supervision

• on 22.05.2025 approx. from 08:30-15:00                     

Site: Kongress Palais Kassel

Remuneration: 18 €/h gross

Billing: only via wage tax ID
