Guest Service Assistants (m/f/d) with German, English & Romanian language skills for an event

On behalf of a renowned client, we are looking for multilingual guest assistants for a multi-day event in Berlin.

Event period: 13/14/15/02/2025. In the best case you will be available on 13/02 and 14/02 or on all three days.

Position location: You will be deployed in one of several hotels in Berlin.

Tasks:

• General guest care

• Informing about concerns and questions

• Accreditation

• Guidance

• Distribution of goodie bags

• Ensuring a smooth and comfortable process for the guests
